Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated the through the cart based on you zip code, weight, and total order amount. Be aware that several lighter items could cost more to ship than one heavier item.
Commercial Delivery - For all orders above 100 lbs freight based shipping is provided for most states. This rate will have your equipment delivered to a commercial location, with the ability to off load the equipment.
Residential Delivery:
We ship to the nearest freight reciever within 70 miles of your location. If you can't arrange pickup, we will asses a 50% restocking fee and subtract shipping costs if we receive the equipment back
in new / resellable condition and are notified by you within 3 days of delivery.
REFUSE DELIVERY IF DAMAGED!
HVACuniverse.com is able to act on you behave more easily when it is still in the possession of the carrier. It is the buyers responsibility to claim damages and receive reimbursement for damaged product from the carrier. HVACuniverse.com will aid you as much as possible. However claims will be more difficult or may not be possible if the damaged equipment has been accepted.
HVACuniverse.com Return Policy
If returning merchandise a Returned Goods Authorization form must be obtained from HVACuniverse.com within 24 hours of delivery to pickup depot or your location. Shipping instructions will be included with the RMA number.
Upon RMA approval and receiving goods, a credit will be provided, minus a 20% RESTOCKING fee (Minimum of $10:00) and shipping costs.
Recieved Products should be in there original packaging and will be inspected. Returned good are required to be in resaleable condition. If the merchandise is found not in to be in acceptable condition the buyer will not be credited and may reassume the product or HVACuniverse.com will dispose of it for you.
